ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is a senior citizen. Aggrieved by the order passed by the Maintenance Tribunal, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent. The first respondent shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the third respondent and other interested persons on notice if any before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
