This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to withdraw the criminal case in Crime No.155 of 2013, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

29.10.2013, pending on the 5th respondent police and investigate the case according to law and file a charge sheet within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the First Information Report in Crime No.155 of 2013 has been transferred to the 2nd respondent and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed on 23.04.2018 by the 2nd respondent.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
