This petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.5 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report would be filed shortly.
