ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.125 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 489(B) and 489(C) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of five thousand Rupees Indian fake currency. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case, on the basis of the confession given by A5 and A6. He further submitted that the co-accused had already been released on bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is having no previous case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram and on further condition that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
