ORDER

The criminal revision case has been filed challenging the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.2207 of 2020, dated 30.11.2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil, thereby dismissed the petition seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 2.The learned Senior Counsel would submit that while pending this revision petition, the first respondent had registered FIR in Crime No.85/2021 for the offences under Sections 447 and 427 of IPC as against the accused persons. Infact, the first respondent, after completion of investigation had filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil and it is pending for taking cognizance.

3.Recording the said submission, the criminal revision case stands closed.

However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sangarankoil, is directed to take cognizance on the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.R.C.(MD)No.63 of 2021 filed by the first respondent in Crime No.85/2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not taken cognizance already.
