ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.SUDHAGAR NAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- The appellant/Transport Corporation would submit that as directed by this Court, they have deposited the entire award amount along with accrued interest and costs before the Tribunal. 2.Now the Petitioner herein/Claimant has filed the present application to withdraw 50% of the deposited award amount together with proportionate interest and costs lying in the credit of M.C.O.P.No.199 of 2012, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Sub-Court), Karur.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent/Transport Corporation has no objection in allowing this application. 4.In view of the same, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited award amount with proportionate accrued interest and costs lying in the credit of M.C.O.P.No.199 of 2012, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
