ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A4 in Crime No.113 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 279, 341, 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2.According to the prosecution, the son the deceased had married the sister of A1 about 1 1⁄2 years ago prior to the occurrence and due to misunderstanding, they were living apart. Whileso, on 01.03.2015, the accused have attacked the deceased with lethal weapons and caused his death.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he has been incarceration for more than 180 days and the order passed against the petitioner under Act 14 of 1982 and the same was revoked by this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent has completed the investigation and also laid a charge sheet in this case and the petitioner is having one previous case.
5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 07/09/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
