This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.35 of 2019 dated 19.02.2019 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is being enquired into and the final report would be filed shortly.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent Police is directed to conclude the investigation and file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
