This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register FIR on the complaint dated 28.12.2017 given by the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.54 of 2018 under Sections 457 and 354-A IPC.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
