O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.78 of 2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner made a complaint against her husband. Based on the said complaint, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.78 of 2017 under Sections 498 (A), 120 (B), 506 (i) of IPC, on 13.12.2017, but, so far, the respondent has not completed the investigation. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is almost over and a final report will be filed within two weeks.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to file a final report within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
