This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.22 of 2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was subjected to harassment by her in laws and her husband and hence a complaint was lodged before the second respondent. Based on the said complaint, a case has been registered in Crime No.22 of 2017 under Sections 498(A), 406, 294 (b), 109 and 506(i) and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. He further submitted that even though the case was registered on 20.04.2017 but so far final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) has submitted that the case was registered against five accused persons and out of five accused all of them were obtained anticipatory bail from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Court of sessions. He further submitted that for filling final report he seeks three months time.
4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
