ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.05.2017. 2.Heard Mr.S.Gopalamanikandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent was working at Singapore from 1994 to 2007 and he was also running a travel agency and obtained passport, visa and job opportunities to the various countries. He further submitted that the third respondent is a close relative to the petitioner and the petitioner also supported the third respondent and recommended various persons to the third respondent seeking job opportunities and also collected a sum of Rs.35,00,000/- from various persons and handed over it to the third respondent. But, subsequently the third respondent has cheated those persons and hence, a complaint was lodged on 22.05.2017, but, so far no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) has submitted that the petitioner and the third respondent are brothers and both of them appeared before the second respondent and gave a written statement stating that they will get remedy before the Civil Court and accordingly the said complaint was closed. 5.Recording the aforesaid submissions this Petition is disposed of.
