Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, praying this Court to condone the delay of 2424 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition.

Prayer In Crl.R.C.(MD)SR. No.3220 of 2020:This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C. to call for the records relating to the order dated 28.01.2014 in Criminal Appeal No.44/2010 on the file of the Learned Session Judge of Sivagangai which have partly confirming the order dated 06.05.2010 in C.C.No. 179/2022 on the file of the Learned Principle District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and set aside the same in respect of conforming the sentence to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year for the offence under section 498(A) of IPC and undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year for the offence under section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
