ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 31.12.2018, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,170,364(A) of IPC in Crime No. 342 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 03.12.2018, the petitioner's son namely Karthik went to meet one Praveen at Pannavayal Road, backside of Ayyanar Kovil in one Booma house . At that time six persons entered into the house where the victim was stayed and they told that they were police parties and want to enquire Karthick and kidnapped the said Karthick, subsequently they phone called and demanded Rs.8,00,000/- to release him. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would also submit that there is no specific allegations levelled against this petitioner and hence, he would pray for bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that apart from this case there are several cases pending against the petitioner of this nature and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hence he objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are several cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
