This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur to dispose of Cr.R.P.No.19 of 2015 at early.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents herein have filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and the same was taken on file in M.C.No.7 of 2012 and in that case, an order was passed directing the petitioner herein to pay Rs.10,000/- each to the respondents herein. Against the said order, the petitioner has filed a Criminal Revision Petition on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur. But the learned Sessions Judge is adjourning the above matter for the past 3 years and hence, she requested this Court to issue a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur to dispose of the Cr.R.P.No.19 of 2015.

4.Though the respondents entered appearance through counsel, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the fact that the Criminal Revision Petition No.19 of 2015 is pending from the year 2015, the learned Principal

Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur is directed to dispose of the said petition within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
