The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the present review application in Rev.Aplc(MD)SR No.6276 of 2025.

2.This Court vide order, dated 08.08.2025, ordered to issue notice to the respondents 2 to 7 and directed the petitioner to file batta within three working days, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically.

3. Since the petitioner failed to comply with the order of this Court, dated 08.08.2025 properly, this petition in CMP(MD)No.2364 of 2025, stand automatically dismissed. Hence, no further order is necessary. Consequently, the Review Application is rejected at the SR stage itself.
