ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 26.02.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 489(A), 489 (B), 489(C) and 489(D) of IPC in Crime No. 102 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of Rs.14,00,000/- fake currency notes. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence and hence, he would pray for bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the entire fake currency was recovered from this petitioner and hence he objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the entire fake currency was recovered from this petitioner , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
