Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Sakthi Kumaran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

2.The order of suspension, suspending the petitioner from his service, is put under challenge in the present writ petition. After getting instructions, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner had been terminated from his service on 10.02.2021. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition, challenging the suspension order. Accordingly, the prayer has also become infructuous. 3.It is needless to mention that in case the petitioner chooses to challenge the termination order, he may do so in accordance with law.
