ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to conduct appropriate enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.12.2024 and dispose the same 2/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fifth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner, after hearing both sides, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
