O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register a case and file final report based on the complaint given on 05.07.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, in the month of October, 2014, borrowed a sum of Rs.12,50,000/- from one Mohandoss and Krishnamoorthy. He further submitted that at the time of borrowing the amount, the petitioner was compelled to sign in blank papers and stamped papers. Subsequently, the petitioner has repaid the entire loan amount, but the aforesaid persons still demanding more amount. Hence the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 05.07.2017, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and same has been closed as it was relating to the money transaction.
