This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, in the present case, the petitioner submitted a representation in the form of objections requesting the registering authority not to register any document in respect of the subject property.
