RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.19348 of 2021 vide order dated 13.12.2021 in respect of the case in Crime No.300 of 2012 pending on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.NAVANEETHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19348 of 2021 on 13.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1545 of 2022 No.19348 of 2021 on 13.12.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
