O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Cr.No.183 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Cr.No.183 of 2015 under Sections 469 and 471 of IP.C on 27.06.2015, sofar investigation has not been completed and final report also has not been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that initially, a case was registered by the respondent herein in Cr.No.183 of 2015 under Sections 469 and 471 I.P.C and subsequently, the said case was transferred to the Central Police Station, Tuticorin on the point of jurisdiction for investigation on 31.08.2015 and after receipt of the case records, a case has been registered in Cr.No.484/2015 in Central Police Station, Tuticorin and investigation is still pending. He further submitted that for completing the investigation, three months time is require. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Inspector of Police, Central Police Station, Tuticorin is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.484/2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
