Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. All that the petitioner wants is to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The writ petition is disposed of.
