ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner's grievance is that the official respondents propose to conduct survey at the instance of the third respondent without paying heed to the writ petitioner's objection.

3.The petitioner's grievance is not well founded. The order passed by me categorically states that if an objection is lodged, the survey authority has to pass a speaking order on the same and he must also give six weeks breathing time to the objector to approach the concerned Court for relief. I am certain that the official respondents will adhere to the directions given by this Court. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 30.01.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA 2/4
