ORDER

The plaintiffs in O.S.No.9 of 2023 on the file of District Munsif, Melur are the revision petitioners herein.

2. The petitioners herein as plaintiffs have filed the above suit for the relief of permanent injunction. Along with the suit, the plaintiffs have filed I.A.No.2 of 2023 seeking the relief of interim injunction.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, so far the defendants have not chosen to file their counter and it is being adjourned from time to time. Hence, the present revision 2/4

petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2023.

4. Considering the above said facts, the District Munsif, Melur is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.04.2025.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
