ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 25.01.2023 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking to quash the case in Spl.Case No.82 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special Judge for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police submits that the judgment in Spl.Case No.82 of 2022 was pronounced by the learned Special Judge for POCSO Act Cases Tirunelveli on 15.02.2024 and the case ended in acquittal. A copy of the same has also been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
