to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 26.10.2016 in R.C.A.No.11 of 2014 on the file of Rent Controller Appellate Authority cum Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 04.06.2014 in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2010 on the file of Rent Controller cum Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR4429 of 2017:

to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 26.10.2016 in R.C.A.No.12 of 2014 on the file of Rent Controller Appellate Authority cum Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 04.06.2014 in R.C.O.P.No.17 of 2009 on the file of Rent Controller cum Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the

petitioner, the court made the following order:- Both the petitions have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 243 days respectively in filing both the Civil Revision Petitions.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and both the petitions are allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One thousand Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, both the petitions shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
