ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.21 of 2019 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The defacto complainant Packiayalakshmi is present in person before this Court.

She has been duly identified by Thiru.C.Periyakaruppan, SSI of Police, Central Crime Branch, Madurai. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that she does not want to pursue the complaint. Crl.O.P(MD)No.1740 of 2022 served in keeping the impugned prosecution alive. The parties have also filed a joint Compromise Memo dated 28.01.2022. The impugned FIR is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the record.
