ORDER

2.The petitioner's husband is undergoing life sentence in Central Prison, Maduari. The father of the convict had passed away and emergency leave for a period of five days granted in favour of the convict / petitioner expires on 26.01.2025.

3.Considering the facts projected in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the emergency leave granted in favour of the convict stands extended upto 30.01.2025. The convict shall positively surrender 2/4

at 05.00 pm on 30.01.2025. The convict has to abide by the conditions which were earlier imposed on him.
