The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Police to expedite the investigation and take appropriate action against the accused person in connection with Crime No.24 of 2018, dated 26.12.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said Crime No,24 of 2018, dated 26.12.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been substantially completed in Crime No.24 of 2018 and the respondent Police is preparing to file charge sheet before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
