PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent Police for not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of baseless complaint given by the third respondent.

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of baseless complaint given by the third respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. The third respondent appeared to have preferred some complaint to the second respondent Police. Based on which, the petitioner is being harassed.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on a complaint given by the third respondent an enquiry was conducted and the same was also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed on 11.03.2019. He also added that the respondent Police have neither harassed the petitioner nor intended to harass him. 5.The submission of the learned Additional public Prosecutor is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
