This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent with the third respondent against the petitioner is registered in Current Petition No.R3/53570/3643/2020 and enquiry is pending.
