... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.OP(MD)No.17159 of 2021, dated 02.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, vide order dated 02.11.2021, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that he shall pay a sum of Rs.12,500/- in favour of the District Green Committee, Ramanathapuram District.

2. The petitioner has come forward with this petition to modify the said condition stating that there is no District Green Committee in Ramanathapuram District.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, District Green Committee has not been established in Ramanathapuram District and therefore, the petitioner is not in a position to pay the said amount as directed by this Court.

4. In view of the said submission, this Court verified with the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the District Green Committee has already been constituted in Ramanathapuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this modification petition is dismissed. However, time is extended for a further period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the said condition imposed by this Court.
