The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition challenging the final report. Vide order dated 19.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11546 of 2021, I directed the Jurisdictional Magistrate to take a call as to whether to take cognizance of the offences or to reject the final report. If the Magistrate has decided to take cognizance of the offence, then the petitioners need not wait for the first hearing. In this case, the petitioners have once again come to this Court even before the Magistrate could take a call in the matter. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.
