Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner in the Maintenance Case in M.C.No. 13 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam pending disposal of the Criminal Original Petition and thus render justice. Prayer in CRL OP(MD)No.1766 of 2021:

To pass an order withdrawing the Maintenance Case in M.C.No. 13 of 2016 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam and to transfer the same to the file of any of the Judicial Magistrate Courts at Erode and pass such other further orders.
