This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent preferred a complaint to the first respondent Police against the petitioner herein. Based on which, the petitioner is being harassed.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that on a complaint given by the second respondent, an enquiry was conducted and the same was also closed.
