O R D E R

These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to quash the FIR in Crime Nos.4 & 5 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though these matters have been compromised between the petitioners and the private respondents and petitions for quashing on joint compromise have been filed, he is not pressing these petitions for quashing and now prays that direction may be issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime Nos.4 & 5 of 2020, within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, direction is issued to the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime Nos.4 & 5 of 2020, within a period of Four Months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
