CRL OP(MD). No.1715 of 2021 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.It is not in dispute that the petitioner has moved this Court at the petition enquiry stage. If at the end of enquiry, the respondent registers any FIR against the petitioners, the petitioners will be put on notice, so that, the petitioners will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. There is no question of orally summoning the petitioners to the police station for enquiry. If the respondent wants to enquire the petitioners, only written summons will be issued.

4.With this direction to the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
