This petition is filed to direct the respondent Police to file the final report in Crime No.395 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent herein 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in above said Crime No,395 of 2018 on 17.06.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been substantially completed in Crime No.395 of 2018 and the respondent Police is preparing to file charge sheet before the concerned Court. 5.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
