[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to grant any quarry license in Survey Field No.318 of Uttathur Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, and also to direct respondents 1 to 3 to take legal action against the illegal mining activity and the officials who involved in the mining scam based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.12.2023.

2. Learned Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 & 5 to 7, on instructions, stated that pursuant to the objections raised by the villagers, there is no proposal for granting quarry license in respect of Survey Field No.318 of Uttathur Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to 7, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
