(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the second respondent to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.1,64,622/- payable to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 18.08.2021 and 12.03.2022. 2/5

2. The learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent Insurance Company would submit that the eligible medical reimbursement of Rs.97,378/- has already been settled. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the full amount as claimed by the petitioner is yet to be settled and the application before the District Collector is pending. If so, the petitioner is at liberty to move the same for passing appropriate orders.
