PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent Police that not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted there are money dispute pending between the petitioner and the second respondent' company. The second respondent appeared to have preferred a complaint to the first respondent Police. Based on which, the petitioner is being harassed.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that on a complaint given by the second respondent, an enquiry was conducted and the same was also closed. He also added that the respondent Police have neither harassed the petitioner nor intended to harass him.

5.The submission of the learned Additional public Prosecutor is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
