ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in crime No.109 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to any other competent investigating officer or agency based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given complaint against her husband and son and other relatives. On the complaint given by the petitioner a case has been registered in crime No.109 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 323, 379 and 506(i) IPC. Though the petitioner has alleged that the documents belonging to her were stolen by her husband, the respondents are not taking steps and thereby, prayed for transferring of the investigation.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the accused/husband approached the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1801 of 2020 Sessions Court seeking anticipatory bail and the petitioner herein also filed an intervening application before the Sessions Court and the accused had agreed to return the documents to the petitioner. While so, the petitioner has come up with this petition. She would further submit that investigation has been done in a proper manner. 4.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition stands closed.
