ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 408 & 420 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.4 of 2018 has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed on 10.01.2018. As of now, no case is pending against the petitioner. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest.
