PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to file charge sheet / final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court in Crime No.246 of 2018 dated 04.12.2018.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.246 of 2018, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 (i) I.P.C. on 04.12.2018 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the matter involves the alleged job racketing. He further added that the investigation has been substantially completed and the respondent Police is preparing to file charge sheet before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The second respondent Police is now directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
