ORDER

None appeared for the writ petitioner on the last occasion. The case is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today ie., 11.10.2023. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the District Registrar to conduct enquiry for cancelling the petition mentioned sale deed. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents 9, 14 and 15 informs the Court that the petitioner had earlier filed O.S.No.344 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi seeking the relief of declaration and permanent injunction in respect of the petition mentioned property. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the said suit. It is open to the petitioner herein to move the authorities concerned based on the outcome of the civil suit. The petitioner can very well pursue his remedy in the pending suit. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
