ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to provide Police protection to the petitioner and her husband Kishore Kumar against the honour killing perceived from the fifth respondent on the basis of the representation dated 05.03.2019 and 07.03.2019.

2.The petitioner who has chosen to find a groom for herself and married the person from another caste, now apprehends threat to her life, limb and liberty at the hands of the fifth respondent / father.

complaint preferred by the petitioner is pending. 4.The fourth respondent is now directed to pass such necessary enquiry as may be sufficient to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her husband.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
