ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellant states that the appeal arises as against the decree granted in divorce petition by the wife, now the appellant / wife died during the pendency of this appeal and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this civil miscellaneous second appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
