ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the strength of the complaint preferred by the second respondent, the first respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the second respondent has preferred a complaint to enquire which summons has been served on the petitioner. But, she does not appear in person. He alleged that the accusation is made against the petitioner. 4.To this, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it appears that there was some business transaction between the petitioner's husband and the second respondent and the petitioner has little to do with the transaction.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Inasmuch as only the summon has been issued for interrogation / enquiry by the first respondent, the petitioner is

directed to appear before the first respondent Police at 11.00 p.m. on 16.03.2019 and the first respondent is also directed if the matter has strong overtone of a civil dispute, he may step aside, unless, there are strong criminal overtone to the accusation. There shall not be any harassment to the petitioner during the enquiry / interrogation.

6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
